(IMPORTANT NOTICE- PLEASE READ) RULES, REGULATIONS, GUIDELINES, T&C’s, Organization Policies:-

• The auction as of now is only meant for the citizens / residents of India. (will later update to China, Russia, Israel)
• Once the product has been bought, no returns will be accepted, only guarantee on replacement.
• There will be a guarantee on either a part, or for the (whole) entire product if received damaged on shipping. (completely/partly)
• TThe (exclusive special segment) product must be opened, and checked by the delivery salesperson, with a video recorded, (only then will the 1-time guarantee be approved.)
• The transaction for the special segment product will strictly be done via. Bank & not in cash.
• Politicians are not allowed to participate in the auction, except for just one i.e.Sir Sashi Tharoor (as of now – will update later).
• Only Vedics [Hindu, Jain, Buddhist, Sikhs, Zoroastrians, Shinto, Thao, etc.] can participate in the special auctions program (as of now – update on later terms will be mentioned).
• In case the buyer/member is found with having a major criminal charge on him/her, the member gets immediately disqualified. (discretion may be over-ruled by our organization)
• The Shipping (delivery) period will consist of 30 working days.
• Only the organization decides (selectively) who will be given the 1st opportunity to buy (Proceed / Participate) the grant for the special auction. Other members will have no right to choose in buying the auction until or unless the grant has been passed on by The Quantum Book Store.
• An email request will be provided to which a grant will be given to a member to buy the product, if the total auction amount is not transferred via. cheque / E-transfer in 6 (bank) working days, the member is disqualified, and loses all the membership fee.
• A small grace period (on balance payment) may be extended on special cases or circumstances only.
• Membership fee for auction is collected and protected till the end of the auction, it will only be returned after the auction has been successfully completed, (including delivery to the winner.) the refund will be from 85% up-to 88% of the total membership fee. No interest is provided on this.
• Disqualification due to violation on any of the above mentioned reasons will lead to losing the membership as well as the fee amount without any-returns.
• After the auction passes, membership fee will be refunded (88% amount). This is done within 2-months after winner receives the product safely to the designated shipping address.
• A stamp paper on formula disclosure 16.rules (on special segment auction) is to be signed by the buyer – winner on receiving the product. The designated regulations will be mentioned for the safety of the product as well as the opted winner. A safety users guide will also be provided along with a Quantum guide that will be provided 6 weeks later (via. Email/post).

NOTE: Gujarati’s, and Kashmiri’s are NOT welcome to opt / participate in this auction due to the destruction caused to India on their behalf (it is my democratic right of choice based on logical facts, and not on a biased one).
