TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)* / organization policy guide-lines:

• After registration, a member must provide a scan of his / her Aadhar card within a span of 4 days.
• The Aadhar card name must fairly match with the name provided in the registration details. Else verification will fail, followed by disqualification.
• The auction / special auction is carried out on the norms that only the author (and owner of The Quantum Book Store) chooses who would finally win the auction bid. Most importantly a member must have access to 21,000 Crores in form of (legal) cash and/or assets or loan(s), not having such access will lead to disqualification & loss of membership fee as well.
• Delay in final payment after grace period will lead to disqualification of membership (including no refund of membership fee). Six bank working days + grace.
• Final payment is done via. bank e-transfer else cheque. No direct cash payment will be accepted.
• Members will be disqualified if they void the rules in the website disclosure provided (check rules if you can qualify as a member). Once the product has been bought, there is no return back / re-fund except for the guarantee replacement on a part or the whole (/ entire) product itself. The delivery personnel has to inspect the product on delivery with a recording of the unpackaged product, special information (letter) pertaining to the buyer must not be shown to the delivery person in charge. After the final formality of signing the formula disclosure stamp paper agreement the password / OTP / Quantum Guide is sent to the winner of the bid within 6 weeks.
